2. Scope of processing on this page
This site is currently a single-page “coming soon” presence. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. We do not embed third-party fonts or scripts that profile you beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the page.
3. Server log files
When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits. This includes:
- browser type and version,
- operating system,
- referrer URL,
- host name of the accessing computer,
- time of the server request,
- IP address (typically anonymized).
This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure presentation of the website). Logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days.
4. Web fonts
This page loads typefaces (Instrument Serif, Space Grotesk, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. When called, your browser establishes a connection to Google’s servers and may transmit your IP address. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If you do not wish this, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
5. Background video / animation
Visual background content is rendered locally in your browser. No video or animation data is streamed from a third party.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us via hello@kolisora.de, the information you provide (email address, name, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We delete this data once the purpose for storage no longer applies, unless retention obligations require otherwise.
